"We bought a reconditioned computer from them on eBay, and paid immediately via charge card ($1207). They took our money that same day. Then they pretended to ship (created fake tracking number with USPS), but tracking shows they NEVER ACTUALLY SHIPPED, even after 12 days. They ignored our messages, or eventually responded with fake promises - but they wouldn't cancel the order & refund our money. We had to file a dispute with eBay, reverse the charge with the card issuer, leave negative feedback everywhere, and go to the police with fraud charges. It took many hours of our time to resolve this mess. Check eBay, Better Business Bureau, etc. for other similar customer experiences. BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR!!!"

Seeing as it was a refurbished product I was expecting something of lesser quality, but the product I received looked and performs great. I’ll definitely be ordering another computer from this company again!"

"I ordered a new Chromebook through the Walmart marketplace which was fulfilled by this company. What arrived was far from a new laptop. The laptop the laptop arrived in a bubble wrap sleeve in a post office box with a charger stuffed in there. The laptop was scratched up and obviously well-used. In the bottom of a box was a note card from the company which had phone number in case there were any issues with the order. Unfortunately, the company does not answer the phone. If you are in the market for a new laptop you can probably find better prices, better quality, and better customer service, dumpster diving behind the decrepit remains of what used to be a Circuit City. Save yourself the headache and go with a real company."
