"“Another FIVE STAR service provided by Jim (owner) and Jon! On Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, I noticed our in home thermostat was blank (not lighted), and no heat. Checked the fuse panel, and the furnace breaker was not tripped. I called Pacific Air and left a message. Within a couple hours, I received a phone call from Jim and explained the situation. He came out within three hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new circuit board. He did not have one onboard and stated they would look for a new one on Monday. We received a phone call Monday morning stating they would be back out at our house late afternoon to install the new circuit board. Jon did the install. He was very conscientious, and thorough. An hour later, the furnace was back up and running perfectly! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround time and professionalism! We have been customers for nearly 20 years. Always very satisfied with their work!” – John B."
"Had a furnace issue, Heater kept on going out. They wanted over $200 for a service call and charged me mileage on an 8 mile trip. The office called a few days later and told me it would cost over $400 in parts and labor. I asked them to email me the estimate, they would not. I am a retired engineer so after the technician left I troubleshooted the problem and a $20.00 new thermostat fixed the problem. This company is dishonest."
"I wanted to leave a review based on the amazing customer service I received from Pacific Air. I called in because my mom’s furnace went out and even though it was outside their normal area they accommodated us. Teresa was amazing and really showed us that they cared and wanted to help. I wanted to say thank you for the great customer service and the quality work you provide. I had a heat pump installed years ago and received the same great customer service back then. When my mom called me with her issue Pacific Air was the first place I called and was not disappointed. Thank you!! Donny Henderson"
"Web site and professional/technical services are great. Pacific Air installed our heat pump several years ago and they still service it wonderfully! Pleasant and respectful technicians! Highly recommended!"
"After a bad experience with a previous company, I was searching for a new business for my gas furnace maintenance. One company had told me, if they didn't do the install, they won't do the maintenance. Another one that I dealt with for many years sent a kid out to do the maintenance and when I asked for the price at the end of the job, he was unsure, but gave me an estimate. They I got a bill later for about $20 higher. I called Pacific Air, and oh my, what a difference! First, I dealt with Araceli on the phone. She was very pleasant to deal with, respectful, and let me know, they would work on my furnace, and I even got a price quote up front. Jon came out to do the maintenance on my furnace and safety inspect my water tank, and he was excellent! He put on covers over his shoes right from the start. He also explained what I should watch out for as my furnace nears the end of it's life. He also explained what choices I might have for a furnace in the future. At the end of the job, there was absolutely nothing for me to clean up. He had a mat under him while he worked, so there was no mess. Other businesses could learn from Jon as to what customer service is all about. I highly recommend Pacific Air for your heating and air conditioning needs!"
