"Preface, I personally was not the client. I was just an employee of the company that hired Reliable. I was working alongside Richard and John in collaboration on a larger project involving industrial machinery. They had absolutely no need to take time out of their days to help the millwright out with my side of the project that was outside of the scope of their contract. But they did. They took the time to teach me a lot of tips and tricks on conduit bending, making wire pulling easier, how to make things look tidier and last longer. They still did fantastic and timely work on the job we hired them for. They left me some extra scraps of EMT as well just so I could have some practice pieces to bend on. Kudos Reliable. Truly fantastic employees representing your company."

"Used them before, everything seemed to go well. Then we used them to wire up a hot tub. Guy who came out didn’t do as asked, he ran the wires along the top of the deck instead of underneath deck or through the house crawl space. Also placed the electrical off switch too close to the hot tub according to building code. We asked for someone to come back and someone else came out and immediately asked us “who did this?.” He did a great job fixing his colleagues mistake where everything looked professionally done. We then got multiple bills for both visits. When tried to explain they were fixing their own mistake they insisted on double charging us. Won’t be using them for any future projects, both residential or commercial."

"To all concerned customers: Reliable Electric charged me 1 hr of “one way drive time” even though they’re 18min away from from my residence. When I kindly asked the clerk, I was quite aggressively told “it was time the (electrician) needed to do paperwork” and that my previous invoice from reliable electric which did not include the same charge was “in error” and that I “caught a break”. There was never any question about me paying the balance. I just wanted to understand. Clearly this company does not care about completely viable questions that are asked respectfully. While the electricians themselves are extremely polite and knowledgeable, I would recommend another company if you want an invoice that is honest."
