"Trevor was honest and genuinely helpful. I went in looking for a screen replacement (note don't EVER use liquid protectors they're useless) but my phone is older and the replacement wasn't worth it. So Trevor set me up with a tempered glass to get me through! Fantastic, knowledgeable, employee with genuine integrity!"

"Seth helped me with my Galaxy s8 active and iPad. I thought my iPad had a bad battery, but Seth figured out that there was just poor contact in the port and fixed it at no cost. He was also honest with me that if the battery was at fault that it was totaled and did not try to sell me on a fix that wasn't worth it. He also was honest with me about how straight forward my galaxy problem was and guided me towards fixing that myself as well as supplying me with some tools for free to fix it. I bought a charger from him and said thank you. Will be going back for future repairs."

"My experience was mixed. They ordered and got the phone battery within a day. It was $90 for the battery and them installing it. I was happy it came quickly when they said it would be 3 to 5 days. It was pricey and more expensive than the store Batteries and Bulbs. They made me wait a long time while they installed the battery (over an hour). I had to come back twice to check on it and they sent me away because it wasn't ready. What upset me the most about their service is that they didn't honor the time they promised and put me last as a customer. They put the customers in their shop before me eventhough I was first. They said the long wait time was because of these customers they had to help. In addition what made me mad is that when I brought this up with the owner he dismissed my concern, rationalized it, didn't care and lied about the amount of time it took, underestimating it. He didn't care about my valuable time. If he would have apologized and said he would think about how his store is run and how to improve things I would have given him a high score. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place because it is poor customer service and the place doesn't value its customers. They put profit over customers as evidenced by them helping customers that come into their store while they are supposed to be fixing someone's phone."

"I have had excellent service and I especially trust Cameron to repair the electronics perfectly. I have brought cell phones with broken screens and tablets with broken screens and all had added screen protectors. I totally trust Cameron to do his best!"

"Nice people, great service and they fixed my phone (battery and charging port replaced). Didn't know they existed so went to Best Buy and Verizon, and they couldn't help, but the kid at Verizon store said try Livit across the hallway. Phone issues? Give them a try!"
