"For just being open their bathroom was dirty. Full trash can, but hair on the sink, and hair and big dust piles. Tried to get us to drop our dog off for a pet visit. We were not doing that because our dog is 15 yrs old and we just came to get arthritis meds."

I wound up scheduling an emergency appt and a follow up appt by going in in person to the office. They misdiagnosed my dog and the vet didn’t ever even talk to me about it. We will never come back to any Banfield location."

"Called there all morning to get my dog seen. I had to go in and talk to a receptionist in regards to my dog. They are short staffed so it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. Same day emergency visits seem to no longer be available even for an established pet. Had to schedule a drop off the following morning."
