"I am most impressed with the entire team at Peninsula Heat. Installers Tyler and Joseph did a great job installing Bosch mini-split ductless heat pump in my home. There communication was clear and thorough, were consciousness in and around my home's interior, and worked very efficient. The team was very responsive to my inquiries from initial request for proposal through invoicing and obtaining utility rebate. This is is my 2nd project with Peninsula Heat in the last 5 years; I highly recommend them for cost-effective, well-manage heating and cooling services."
"The heat pump original to the thirty-three-year-old house I recently bought and moved into called it quits the week before Thanksgiving. Peninsula Heat sent out "the MacGyver of furnaces" to fix the furnace so I could at least have emergency heat and also to educate me about getting a replacement heat pump. Although it took six weeks to finally arrive (and the initial installation date had to be revised because of the icy road down to my house), I now have a spiffy new heat pump in place! Everyone at Peninsula Heat was enormously supportive of me during my anxiety-filled calls and emails, and worked hard with their scheduling and mine to get a new install date set ASAP. Installation ended up taking the better part of two whole days (old refrigerant was reluctant to vacate its pipes), but Scott went above and beyond to get everything done correctly and safely. He even made a third trip back to bring new filters! I feel well looked-after and confident that the folks at Peninsula Heating truly care about offering excellent customer service, and they stand behind their products and expertise. I definitely recommend them!"
