Everyone from the receptionists, to the vet techs, and of course the doctors, are such a pleasure to work with. I love their team dynamic. Dr. Wubben and Dr. Battilega have been a godsend for me and my pups. They are patient, kind, and are always willing to answer the massive amount of questions I always ask. The team at Mt View have the best hearts and go above and beyond for the animals they care for. It is obvious that they truly love the animals they work with."

She is so gentle with our geriatric cat and thorough with exams and bloodwork. She actually takes time to listen to our concerns and answers all of our questions. "This was my vet. I waited 1.5 years to get established with them. Yesterday I ran in with my dog having s seizure, needing urgent care. They turned me away saying they weren’t equipped to handle. GARBAGE! It’s a pet hospital that per their website handles “critical care”. I had to drive 15 minutes to another care facility where my dog was ultimately put down. What a horrible experience made worse by this careless clinic. Take caution when choosing this location, they apparently don’t have the time of day unless you have an appointment. In response to the reply below - the veterinarian didn’t even come out to discuss or see my dog. You’re correct that I was sent away by your staff and I left immediately. My dog was nearly 14 years old but I did not euthanize him due to his age. He was euthanized due to his injury. I think it’s important that you do not advertise your clinic as a “hospital” when you’re not equipped to treat these type of injuries. This is not the first injury my dog has sustained and I’ve NEVER been turned away by his veterinarian. As a former military member, I’ve lived all over the USA and internationally. This was a first and people should know before they choose your for their pet care."

"Our dog was diagnosed with heartworm at another clinic, where we were treated dismissively for even *asking* for the test. It was recommended by friends for us to see Dr. Battilega & she was AMAZING. In addition, Tech Delaney was super sweet & really helped our dog to feel comfy with treats & belly rubs galore! We left feeling like our dog is in great hands, as Dr. Battilega had a thorough treatment plan with estimates upon our arrival & *everyone* in the clinic was so kind & professional. Even the clinic manager had a hand in treatment, as she checked us out & mentioned, "Your dog was great! I collected her urine sample & she was the sweetest." Not many clinic managers are that involved in the actual workings of the place!"

"I had a great experience here, everyone starting from the receptionist, vet assistants and the doctor was amazing. They truly cared for my little kitten. Both the assistant and veterinary made sure to answer my questions and left me with no concerns, I know from this experience alone my kitty is in good hands. Everyone here is just so great, and make you and your pets feel comfortable. I’ve been to multiple different vets, and by far this one is the best.
