"Very, very expensive but if you want it done right, you can't do better. That said, I don't think I can use them anymore because their prices are just too outrageous. I end up feeling taken. $195 just to show up. Then $85 to address a specific machine. Then 190 labor an hour plus parts. They came and cleaned the trap on my washer and reconnected my dryer vent which had been done badly. The bill was $672! I could have bought a new washer for that much! As I said, they are the absolute best but it could have been done equally well for half that amount. It's not rocket science. It's appliance repair."
