"Parked in lawn instead of driveway. Tore up lawn when leaving. At least he let me know. Installed thermostat. Even though he new heat pump was not working failed to set new thermostat on em heat. Provided no connectivity to wifi or app on phone which is stated on bill. Just handed me the directions."
