"OMG did a good job on our dryer repair. They were available to come out two days after we called for an assessment. Scheduling the repair once the part was delivered took several days due to their schedule. Once here for the repair, the tech was able to address several other issues on the spot. It feels like we’ve got a new drier now for a fraction of the price."

"I'm as happy as I can be. I submitted a web form for a failing washing machine drain pump. OMG called me within five minutes and scheduled a repair for that day. My washing machine was fixed within four hours of submitting the form. The technician was knowledgeable, presented a couple of options, and charged what I think was a fair price. This was about six weeks ago, and my washer has run smoothly ever since."

"Wasn't thrilled that I was charged $79 for a service call when their website advertises a $59 fee. You have to really dig to find that the Portland service fee is more than the one advertised on the main page. But mostly wasn't happy that the service tech left our ice maker (which was intact at the beginning of the visit) completely disassembled. Otherwise both the service tech and the office were pleasant to work with."
