He seemed to be knowledgeable in his understanding of all matters plumbing, and gave several solutions, at different price ranges, being sure to clearly describe the risks and benefits of each. He was very personable and polite, and even thought I ultimately decided to try fixing this myself first, he didn't seem put off by this in the least.
