Reviews of Kitty Klinic
"We absolutely love the kitty clinic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and good at diagnosing. They are so kind and caring to my kitties. The whole staff is awesome. They are affordable care."
"Friendly staff. Simple process. My cat Taz was neutered here and he’s been recovering with no issues or signs of discomfort. They kept him overnight and sent him home with chicken scented / flavored medication. Would highly recommend."
"The Kitty Komfort Inn is fantastic. I had to board my diabetic cat Miko for about 14 days for an emergency out of state trip and I’m so glad I did. I don’t trust almost anyone with my little soulmate but the staff were so friendly and happy to give updates when I called throughout his stay. I was worried he was gonna have an attitude like he does with the Klinic but he was his usual friendly, sweet self with the Inn. I don’t know what the Inn is doing differently but the cat I just picked up was purring, calm, and happy. He even seems healthier and softer than when I dropped him off. Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about this experience. So thank you everyone at the Komfort Inn. You guys are awesome and I can’t recommend you enough. *photo is not from his stay but to show the cute Mr Meeks*"
"We had a great experience at the Kitty Klinic. Everyone we spoke with was very kind and thorough. The DVM checked their teeth, told us their weight, and was very informative. It took about an hour total for exams and vaccines for each of our two cats, which was fine with us. We were able to run an errand since they are parking lot/window based. I’ve been to many vets and this is one of the good ones! I would also say their pricing is pretty average. Thank you for taking care of our kitties !"
"TLDR: Waste of time and money. Enjoy pics of my baby MJ ❤️ I really wish I could've had a great experience like these other reviews show. Unfortunately, it was just bad for me. Maybe they were busy, which I get, but the communication was terrible. I took my cat baby there and requested that they trim her claws, give her vaccines, and bring me a copy of what they did so I could submit it to pet insurance. They also didn't tell me in advance that I couldn't go inside or that they were busy (they didn't appear busy when I was there, but I don't know). 4 hours later, the vet calls me to pick up my cat. She sounded rude, didn't introduce herself, and told me my cat could lose a few pounds but didn't suggest what or how much I should be feeding her. She also said my cat was "fine." I get there. They took another 30 minutes to bring her out to me with no paperwork outlining what they did with her and no copies that I requested. I had to book it to an appointment, so I didn't request the paperwork again while I was there. When I got home, I realized they didn't trim her claws either because she made some painful biscuits on my thigh. So my takeway is this. They took 4 and a half hours to give her her vaccines and told me she was fat. Nice. Recently, yesterday, I called to ask when I could pick up my cat's paperwork. The girl I spoke to said, "we're in the middle of an appointment, so what's a good callback number for you?" So I guess they're answering the phone during your pets' appointment."
