"Very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good with your pets and you. They talk to you in a way that you understand."
"No return call. Need shots records on my dogs. They had revoked their services to me about 2 years ago. A misunderstanding on the phone about an appt for my female dog getting vaccinated. Couldn't get me in for weeks. I told em I'd get it els where. They took it as I was going to another vet. Which I went to Tractor supply on their vet day for her vacation. Chehalis Centralia hospital took it I quit them. But I didn't. Months later went to make an appt for my dog, they refused serv for my animals. Talking did no good. They had taken care of my animals for over 10 yrs with no problems. Very good service through the years. Was an awful out come"
"We once took our two dogs to this clinic. We were so happy we returned with a new puppy after moving back to the area...... this time was a challenge. We had to wait nearly an hour, after getting a room another 12 minutes and then finally a very pleasant Veterinarian came to examine our new puppy. It was a very brief exam and she left. On the way out we paid our bill, $70. I'm sure we caught them on an extraordinarily busy day, but nonetheless we won't be back. The visit was hard on us and Lucy our Black Lab mix. They should have offered to reschedule our appointment."
"Staff was friendly, and getting an appointment was quick and timely, but I want to talk about my experience with how my cat is recovering from being spayed. The wound does not look like a tidy cut at all. From what I've seen online, it looks much more sloppy. However, I will take that with a grain of salt. I'm not a surgeon, and could just be puffy. However, there is surgical glue everywhere on her fur, on her thighs, as well as poop on her butt. The glue is clumping her hair, and is uncomfortable and painful for her. I'm trying my best to clean it up, but it obviously hurts her when I do because she is still tender. I managed to clean up her backside. I would have expected they'd wipe her down and clean her up, rather than letting it dry onto her. That leads me to my last thing- I genuinely think they had forgotten to give her pain meds. The first night she cried everytime I touched any part of her, and didn't sleep at all. She just stared at the wall, irregularly breathing most of the night. In the morning when I could give her the meds they gave me (I didn't give her any at night on the off chance that they did, and could risk double dosing her. They told me they would, but it certainly didn't seem like they had.), she's vastly improved. She's still sore, but is able to move around and ask for affection now. Also, is three days of pains meds standard? Every other vet I've heard about from friends and family have prescribed a week. I found that odd. I hope that my experience was a singular event. I came here BECAUSE I was told my friends have had good experiences. That being said, I would have liked to seen my cat not covered in glue and poop when I brought her home. I will not be posting photos because they're either A.) a little grotesque B.) or literally poopy butt I'll spare everyone's eyes from that (edit: spelling error)"
"We travel for work with our 16 year old lab and 4 year old pittie mix and ended up in Chehalis at the time when we needed to put our old man to sleep. Everywhere I called was not accepting new patients and I was starting to panic. But, this office not only got us in the same day, they went above and beyond to walk us through everything, give us time when needed, and were so compassionate and kind. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic, staff, and vet. From the initial phone conversation to the moment they took his body away we felt like they cared about our pet and us. I would give them ten stars if I could."
