"I called and set an appointment with this company 3 weeks ago for Friday 2-5-21. The company did not send the plumber or call me to let me know why. I called them at 12pm and left a voicemail on asking why and my info. They didn't return my call, so I called again at 3pm and spoke to the front desk individual who informed me she wasn't in charge of scheduling but would give my info to her manager and they would call me in 5 minutes. 35 minutes went by and I called again since the manager never called me. I was told again that she would call me soon but alas never did. This is extremely disappointing since they were recommended by three people I know. I'll hopefully find another plumber next week who respects my time."
