He made sure I understood how yhe system worked and what he did or needed to do to get it back up and running. Even though I hope I will not need his help again anytime soon, if anything does come up, he will be my first phone call. Thank you so much!"

"The property manager sent this business’ Representative to my home to unclog a pipe. The man was totally unprofessional especially swearing in my home. In the middle of Covid he nor his helper wore masks. I told the property manager never to send that business to my home again. I do not recommend him to anyone."

"I called around to several plumbers in the area, I had an emergency. I was told by others they could not come till later in the week, 2 other places recommended Rich and although I had read previous reviews I was a little skeptical but I was desperate. I called Rich and he told me he could be out in a few hours, he was here before that and let me say. Yes, maybe not your "typical" professional mannerism that people expect however he was not rude. Yes him and the other gentleman helping, have a different style of communicating, maybe a little outspoken but if that works for them then I had no issues. Maybe it's offense to some but not for us in our home. He discovered the issue in our home and he provided the services we requested. He helped us out very much! After he finished he provided some useful insight to my husband and I. Lastly, the price for his services was VERY REASONABLE. I have used other plumbers in the area and although they are "professional" whatever that may mean to you. Their prices are outrageous, as for me and my home. We will call Rich again for any future work we may need. If you're easily "offended" then I suggest calling someone else. If you're looking for reliable work and reasonable prices, Rich is your man!"

"The only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars is because the price for service was reasonable. Other than that, having this business come inside my house to unclog my kitchen sink was one of the most unprofessional and rude experiences I’ve had to endure since being a homeowner. I would not recommend using this plumber."

"I had Rich's come out for a septic failure. He wasn't here 2 minutes when he started cussing, screaming and yelling at the top of his lungs. He was yelling foul language from my front porche to his helper who was also yelling the F*** word back at him. I was frightened and had to ask them to leave after 5 min of screaming and yelling in my front yard. This was after they had my septic pump pulled out and sitting in the yard and said the $800 pump was bad and needed to be replaced. Update: 4hrs later I had Roto Rooter come out to do the needed repairs.... Pump was fine. Trouble was a glogged drain field. Roto Rooter got everything working and tank started pumping again."
