"Signed up for bi-annual service checks with Rawhide. Last check in April of 2023 the technician inspected the heating unit and not the air conditioning unit. His recommendations were to consider replacing the mismatched coils and to clean the blower. I signed up for a 2 year service plan which included 4 visits. The next visit was scheduled for October, but cancelled by service patriots because I couldn't answer my phone to confirm the appointment. I then rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The technician, Albert, immediately recommended a replacement of my furnace after a 5 minute assessment. He quickly scheduled a cost estimator to come out and provide an estimate. Travis showed up and took pictures of the unit and advised me to replace the entire heating and cooling system because the heating and cooling units were mismatched. He then contacted his manager, Dave, who provided me with an estimate of 15,742 for replacement of the furnace and evaporator and a second estimate of 18,643 for a replacement of both the heating and cooling units. Travis then contacted Dave and we negotiated pricing for a price of 13,080 to replace the furnace and evaporator, however I was skeptical of replacing anything as I had no issues with my current system and politely said I would consider the options. I then contacted Travis to request a breakdown of the costs. I sent him a text. I then called and left a message for Dave to call me. I never heard back from anyone. I now wonder if I needed anything replaced at all and if the 2 year service plan was simply a scam to get me to buy a new system. I would not recommend service patriots despite the honest appearing billboards. Look elsewhere and be cautious of wolves in sheep outfits."

"Had great luck for years with Air Pro. Since Service Patriots has taken over nothing but problems. During our winter service I was told my furnace did not match our outdoor unit and was failing and needed to be replaced. Had another company looks, just needed a $14 capacitor I ordered on Amazon and replaced myself in 5 min. Saved me 15000 dollars. Recently had them service my rental home. Tech says he found something wrong and told my renter, but did not tell me anything. I was never notified. I have called service patriots 4 times over the last 8 or 9 days with no call back ever to confirm problems. I bought both systems new from Air Pro before the service patriots acquisition. Very disappointing"
