"I regret to say that my experience with this dance studio was profoundly disappointing. Despite my best efforts to remain patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, the studio's lack of clear communication and last-minute cancellation left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a client. Initially, we were scheduled for a private lesson, a meeting that could have easily been conducted over Zoom, yet required us to make an unnecessary trip. This was only the beginning of a series of frustrating interactions. Subsequently, the studio suggested rescheduling due to their failure to meet the agreed terms. However, even this attempt was marred by confusion and lack of clarity, particularly concerning pricing and scheduling, leading to over two months of wasted time. Our efforts to resolve these issues resulted in a heated exchange, culminating in the studio choosing to sever our working relationship, severely impacting my personal plans. I advise anyone considering this studio for private sessions to meticulously confirm all details upfront, as my experience suggests a concerning lack of reliability and professionalism. It appears they struggle with basic administrative tasks such as drafting invoices, leaving potential customers in limbo about their commitments. In conclusion, while the studio may present well from the exterior, the interior workings, at least in my case, were anything but seamless. I suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the potential for similar disappointments."

"Amazing, well-equipped studio space! The floor is nice to dance on and smooth. The mirrors are placed seamlessly without awkward gaps (ive been in studios with a gap in the mirror and it prevents me from see the instructor). Their new caphill location has a cool lounge area for in-between class vibing and a merch space with nifty knick-knacks. For the classes, they have a wide variety of styles and levels. The instructors go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and alleviate any qualms about competition amongst students. 10/10!"
