"I have a place that has been passed down to me, I'm 3rd generation. No one could tell me when the previous roof was installed but I found pictures -1996. No wonder it was beginning to leak. We have an open beam, tongue and groove ceiling, no attic. I called 4 roofers, all 4 showed up and provided quotes. The Roof Doctor was 2nd lowest, but Jimmy was just so kind, patient, knowledgeable. The 2 days it took to replace it, he gave us instructions to protect things inside (no attic to catch falling debris), kept us informed on what was going on (several unexpected things happened).
