"Rude! Google shows business is open so I drive over to drop off my string trimmer for repair. Arrive a 1:15pm and owner tells me he’s closed. I said that he was listed as on open on Google and asked if I needed to bring my trimmer back next week. To which he replied, ya I closed at 1. I get back in my truck and pull up the web site that still shows business open because he has his closing times listed as am not pm. Needless to say I won’t be bringing my string trimmer back next week for repair!"

"Steve repair is the worst possible place you could take your lawn equipment for any kind of repair. My self as well as my neighbor have taken mowers there for repair and each time the charged us 40 to pick them up and 40 to drop them off and each time they said they fixed the mower yet the problem was still there, they offered no compensation even though they did repairs that weren't needed and hadn't addressed the actual issue. They are incompetent, rude, hostile and will rip you off any chance they get"

"Very unprofessional! Just called Steves Repair a little after 6pm to see about repairing my John Deer mower next week, and whoever answered was irate that I called after 6pm and hung up on me. Won’t be using their services or recommending them at all."

"Extremely rude. If I could rate it zero stars I would. I called to inquire a simple repair and was met with a hostile attitude and grumpy response. This is the first negative review I've ever left for anything."
