They were caring friendly and helped save our mess.. after he was all done pumping out our septic and cleaned up; I started to do dishes and there was a block in the line. He stayed and helped us clear that out. So appreciative of him. We had called our local company and the guy acted like it was a hassle and he might get to us. Goodman went above and beyond and made us smile and they were so reasonably priced and so worth it. Hopefully we won't have to have this service again anytime soon. But if we do.
