"Since going from Alaska to Global, customer service has dropped 100%. Waiting 30 minutes to do a deposit is out of control. No other bank works this slow."

"i went to the bank a few minutes ago. they had a table with some free pens and crayons and a thin tablet and a cheapy whiteboard that you could get at the dollar store. i grabbed a pen and the whiteboard and a flyer with some info they had about the bank. there were 3 tellers. 1 man. 1 white woman and 1 asian woman. the only one who helped was the man. the asian woman disappeared in the back behind closed doors, the white woman began to make a phone call. the white woman would not make eye contact with me and my husband i assumed it was so she didnt have to help us. 2 minutes later the asian woman comes out of the closed door and the white woman whispers to her. next thing you know the asian woman comes out from behind the counter and approaches me and says. Are you going to use the board? I looked at her and i said this one? i thought it was free. it was on the free stuff table. She says oh no, we were gonna write something. I said oh ok and i said to the asian woman as she was taking it from me...she didnt have to call you out and whisper to you to get if from me...i wouldve gladly gave it up. i thought it was free. Now this was a totally unneccessary confrontation of making me feel like some sort of criminal that was trying to steal from them. why did the white woman feel like she coiuldnt tell me it was on table by mistake..heck i have seen security guards going after real thieves with more class and no making a spectical out of them for all to see and hear. i want to close my account i never want to step foot in there again knowing they dont think much about their customers....well the white woman for sure has no class or customer service skills and is unfriendly and sneaky and rude. Shameful behavior, i dont deserve to be treated like a criminal and over a cheapy white board. no class. racist ? why was it so hard to tell me herself instead of whispering about me. I immediately got online and put in a complaint with the bank. This is sickening. No way to treat a person. worst experience i ever had,"
