"I needed some fabric to make a cape for my kiddo and after looking online decided I'll go get it myself at the store. I could spend hours at Joann's checking out the seasonal products, the bolts and bolts of fabric, imagining what I could craft with this and that product on the shelf...its a wonderland for crafters and makers. Check the prices on their website first and if its cheaper, ask the cashier to price match. I saved a lot purchasing two sets of precut fabric that were five dollars apiece more at the store vs online (where it was on sale) with the price match. Visit the website too not just for price comparison but also to download/screenshot discount coupons to use in-store. Also great to look up items online and show it to store staff and make it easier to find things onsite."

"Overpriced, understaffed, slow and really bad music. Update: this store is the only choice for many of these items if you can’t wait to order online. The staff here tries with what they have. The corporate management could try to be less greedy possibly and staff the stores better. Look at Home Depot for example. There’s some life to people there. I’ll bet the staff here could be paid better too. Just some suggestions for corporate."
