"Person answering the phone started off very pleasant until she found out I wasn't a customer. Then her tone changed. I asked to make an appointment as I'm looking for a CPA. She asked if I had a referral. I said no I was trying to find a CPA. Her tone changed and she said, "we only take referrals." Fine. That's their business but the condescending tone wasn't necessary. It would help if they stated on their website that they don't speak to potential customers. They only take calls from referrals."
