They broke down on the way here. They called and check in. While a tow truck was in route. They told me they lost their brakes. But I’m the meantime. They made an exchange in equipment/ trucks with the other co workers to make it happen. In my opinion and experience. This is what we do owning a company. Customer is #1. I was impressed.
