"I gave instruction NOT to finish one room & to come back to finish after the weekend (this said in front of my project workers). Not only did they ignore instructions, they made a mess of my basement. Their final bill was over $400.00. I had to pay my subcontractor to fix the problems they left me (over $800.00). Then when I twice sent an explanation of the problems and photos of the damage, no response. No call. No email. No letter. Instead they turned me over to collections. Small claims???"
