"This location has not only charged my account illegally, they put precounted change into the machine and tried to claim a lower amount. Now, I have been on hold for an hour waiting for them to pick up the phone. They have young workers that are not professional at all."

"This location has drive through ATM & banking services, which is always nice. Unfortunately this is a rougher part of the city and the parking lot and perimeter streets see a lot of “action” - fortunately there is security present & they do monitor and intervene when necessary."

I only waited in the lobby for about 5 mins for an open banker. She was super friendly knowledgeable and 25 mins later I walked out a proud new member.
