"I have been with GESA since 1993... I closed my account today because I have to drive about an hour to get to a nearby location. I used to have a branch within minutes in all directions before my credit union was bought out by GESA. GESA is still one of the best credit unions around. Unfortunately, I can no longer drive for an hour to do banking that is a nightmare online... my suggestions. Open more small branches or talking ATMs to better serve your customers... If you are close to a physical branch, go for it they are marvelous... But if you would like a bank closer to you.... they are not for you."

"just spoke this customer service name is Greg, really have an altitude over the phone and can't help me to pay my next bill without any additional charges of fees which due in 3 days as i explained the situation that i never received yet my bill statement by mail. i called diff. customer service numbers which she helped me the way i wanted with no fees. very bad service here locally and seems to me that they don't know what they doing."
