"My biggest complaint is they do not have a atm with Which you can add money at their location which would greatly reduce their lines. Also, with COV it makes it nearly impossible to hear them with a glass wall between you and the employee. Poorly designed in the way the line starts virtually right in front of the door then makes a backwards L through the lobby .... the customer service is rush rush and unpleasant. Very impersonal. Look I understand this place is their to make money and give second chance banking but the attitude and the atmosphere doesn’t need to Be second rate."
