"I walked in approximately two weeks ago to 1st security bank in Silverdale Washington, immediately I was greeted by the most amazing staff that I have ever experienced in any banking situation. The way I was treated in this bank with that Staff needs to be in training videos about how to treat a new client or an old client or an existing client on what true customer service looks like.!!!!! I shared a small story with Danielle about my father and all he wanted was a bank where every time he walked in that they knew his name, and that’s all he really wanted was to feel part of, the very next time that I came in this bank, even after, just meeting the staff one time not only did they greet me they knew my name and they jumped up from their desk to come over and shake my hand and just simply asked how my day was so far and how could we help. I promise you will never get better service from any bank as you would from 1st Security Bank in Silverdale, Washington.
