"Firstly I want say my mom posted a review 2 years ago about how great this credit union is and how much we loved everything about it (Nichole). Today, my parents went in and we’re completely embarrassed. It started with my dad, he had an ONUS check and they had to call the account owner of the obee check that it was written from to verify the check was legit. As someone who is familiar with the banking world, they should have verified the signature on file (the check was only 1700$ from a business account). Secondly, at 4:02 pm, my parents decided they wanted reopen an account here since they used to have such a great experience in the past. They closed at 6 today but was told they can’t open accounts after 4 which makes no sense because I’ve gone in multiple times/referred many people who have opened accounts after they got off work( after 4). The teller 635 had a disrespectful manner to include to everything and made the conversation very loud about the transaction , there was absolutely no privacy and was not at all professional . Everyone in the branch could hear our business and it took over 20 minutes for our transaction to be completed (just a check written from an obee account) . My parents will most likely find another credit union because of the behavior today."

"Most of the time I go into this bank I’m hit with Pleasant smiles and get in and out within minutes. This time was different. The lady behind the counter was very rude and needs to be retrained in customer service. I get if you’re having a bad day, but you don’t have to spread your negativity around to others… do better."
