"Apparently the staff is so disinterested in doing their job and checking people out while standing at a cash register doing nothing, no other customers around (late at night on a Saturday, literally no one around ) they'd rather let people walk out without paying rather than, I don't know, do their job and check someone out. Don't send someone to the self check out, call us "Hon" in a condescending tone and say you're here if we need you, them just wander off. We're not here to do your job free."

"I took in an art piece which had been framed improperly by another Michael's location. Alexis was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They took in the piece and found out what was wrong with the first job, and came up with a plan to correct the mistakes. I really appreciate the expert assistance and look forward to getting my artwork back to display."

"Has almost all of the things you expect in a smaller Michael’s product wise, but the recent addition of three self checkout stations seriously diminishes the ability of the friendly staff to be helpful in the prompt manner they could before."

"My fiancee and I decided to hit a Michaels to see what discount Halloween items we could find (especially since we decorate our house year round with said items). There was a sale, so there wasn't a ton of items to be found for this purchase as far as fancy Halloween stuff goes. However, we found a great "Halloween Tree," which is all black, 6ft tall and pencil thin, very easy to fit into a small apartment. Plus it had built in lights, etc. And, AND it was on sale. Very happy to find this and the guy, unfortunately I don't recall his name, but he was super helpful and friendly. As was the other staff we interacted with. Thank you for the great shopping experience, especially considering how close to closing time they were."
