The classes are a great workout; right at the edge of my comfort zone. The class sizes are perfect in that you get a lot of attention from the instructors but can also watch more advanced students in their training. It is so much fun every time I go, and I can already see my progress over the past month improving rapidly. I highly recommend joining!"
