Olivia Williams Pilates

"I’ve been doing Pilates with the wonderful Olivia since May 2022. I would say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my body. I am an active athlete and ran track at the collegiate level. I came to her initially because I am a Massage Therapist with the goals of just being overall wellness for myself and clients. Since working with her I’ve been able to connect with my body on a deeper level and really develop a whole new love and care for it. Olivia is an overall an amazing person. I looked forward to our weekly sessions because she teaches from her heart and her passion is felt and reflected in her work. Some people teach Pilates, with Olivia she is one who breaths and lives Pilates and I feel that is important when doing this type of work. Since working with Olivia and doing this work, I’ve benefited both mentally, physically and even spiritually. I didn’t realize how compressed I was and limited in my range of motion because being an athlete and lifting heavy was all I knew. Doing Pilates I’ve learned that that less is truly more and learning to work with my body instead of against it. I’ve gained a whole new love for my body and for Pilates.
