"Terribly managed They locked up the fitting tools, still wanted to charge for a box for the watch that would not go on my wrist! How arrogant can you get? Not even an apology from the manager who looked like I was acting out of my station by asking her why my watch would not be fitted or come in a box. Got a great deal on a a Citizen instead, it may not look as nice, but I can run it through the dishwasher after wearing while working on my car or fishing! And in 10 years, when it is gouged and chipped, it will still work. Manipulation of customers was on the first page of Kodak's bankruptcy playbook, Sears too! I do have to thank them for saving me $300 and sending me for what will ultimately be a better watch. Thank you if you are reading this."
