"I WONT BE taking my kids here for sure!! I’m already dissatisfied with the customer service and it’s my first time coming here to get detailed infos on their program and prices. Lady at the front desk (Staphanie) needs to have a better attitude and better customer service skills. They should be better prepared to answer legit questions that customers/ parents have for them. She came off snobby and irritated by questions I was asking. She’s telling me everything verbally and didn’t have any pamphlet or flyers to show like other academy/ schools. When I asked her what types of martial arts are offered in Kenpo, she refused to explain and said to “look up on their website all the infos should be online”. I will not be recommending this place to my friends. left a bad impression"

"Trained for years at BMAA, from back when it was Elite. Kru Dustin is a fantastic trainer and if you show up and put in the work he will push you to be better every time you step on the mats. I also can't say enough about the atmosphere of the gym and how supportive everyone is. I have been away for a bit due to work, but if/when my schedule allows I would return immediately."
