"Wasted 200 dollars on a tennis bracelet for my girl. When we purchased said item, the manager told us there is a 1 year return policy for any faults with the item. The metal connecting the "diamonds" got weak and broke after a couple of week's. When we returned to have them fix it, the manager stated that they can only fix the diamonds if they break. They only care about money and dont care about making you happy. Do not buy from here."

"Sara deserves a raise!!! She went super out of her way, stayed after hours and tried multiple things to get me my money back from a complicated exchange/return. She’s super nice and helpful and I’m very grateful for her!!!!"

"I had the most amazing customer service at the Swarovski outlet intulalip Washington. Sarah the assistant manager went out of her way to help me. As a big Swarovski collector, I had accumulated my holy grail piece. A hinged picture frame. I came in because I could not figure out how to open it, to put a picture in. This was a discontinued piece, so I couldn’t find anything online to help. Sarah took my piece and reached out to 3 different locations to figure out how to open the frame. S.he went so above and beyond. I will be back to shop this location because of the top level service I received."

"Abby from this store was very rude to my 5 year old son who was just playing in the store floor. I appreciate it may be something that the store management does not like and if we were told this politely we would have spoken to our son. However it is flabbergasting that in 2019 someone in customer service can tell a 5 year old to "not be smart with me". They lost my business (according to Abby she doesn't care though). I know being an outlet store everyone will get great deals here and hence will continue to shop here but someone should hold this person accountable."

"I'd Give it no stars if i had the option. Absolutely appalling and terrible service. They watch you like a hawk which is fine but then after watching you try bracelets the girl asks you about where certain items on display are basically insinuating that you took them. In fact the bracelets were just on the lids if she just looked with her eyes. Initially my mother was reluctant to go to this store because of poor service in the past but i wanted her to pick something for her special day. All three associates managed to upset my mother on her birthday by misleading us on deals and their bad attitudes. I'm more than upset about their lack of respect and stuck up attitude. It is not that i cant afford to buy your items if they aren't on sale but don't mislead us on extra discount to trick me to buy more and then expect me to be fine with it up at cash. Staff here act all nice and sweet but really its just all an act. They tell you they are there to help but when you ask them more about certain items you can see they get annoyed and their eyes roll eventhough there's no one else in the store. Just because one color is out doesn't mean another is. I am there to buy stuff and you are there to help. I wanted to buy more things but they clearly couldn't be bothered. Come here if you know what you want and for some fake smiles. Don't believe their extra discounts for buying more because when you pay they tell you its not part of the deal. I recommend buying online. No service is better than poor service."
