(Grand) Master Choe (pronounced Chay) is highly experienced, patient, cracks jokes with the kids and motivates them to become good citizens (e.g. incentives for helping out with chores at home) and encourages the students by giving them confidence, teaching them respect, discipline and practicing the 10 commitments.
