"This place seriously puts Tiffany to shame. It’s nothing like the warm, welcoming, caring environment that New York City’s Tiffany represents. It’s a hole in the wall store with barely anything worthwhile. The sales people are fake and desperate, only caring about their commission, not representing the company or caring about the customer. Next time I go home to NYC, I’m going to buy something super expensive and walk back into Pacific Place having my Pretty Woman moment."

"The store was a little small, but the customer reps, especially Amy, were superb! I scheduled an appointment, which I believe was supposed to only be an hour. However, because I wanted to choose the perfect ring, Amy patiently helped me, and showed me all the available styles. Then, once I decided on a style and quality, since I was planning to propose in Boston, she helped me prepare a pick up in the Boston store. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and ring, and it ended up being a great success!"
