"My mother bought a beautiful cubic zirconia rose gold plated set here. Costed her $500 with the entire set a few years ago. My mother recently passed away, and I wanted to keep her rings. I went to the location that she purchased, and it asked them about sizing. I was told that they don't do sizing of their rings, that I would have to buy a new set for my size. I asked what do if they don't they don't have a product in the size that someone needs. The girl couldn't give me a straight answer. She said not buy the set. I have never heard of a jewelry store that does not do their own sizing. I'll never be buying fine jewelry from Pandora."

"I haven't given charm bracelets a thought since 3rd grade. My mother in law showed us a very inexpensive bracelet on Amazon she wanted, specifically with a "grandma" charm. Well, neither my fiance or me do cheap jewelry. I couldn't find much for charm bracelets that were just sterling at most stores. I had heard of Pandora through all the advertising over the years and knew I needed to go there, so I did. The bracelets are beautiful and some of the pre made bracelets look magical. I had a great time picking out 2 bracelets, one for my mom also. They definitely aren't cheap (what is these days?) but will hopefully last a long while with few issues."

"I bought a ring from there and it turned all black and would make my fingers purple, I went over the store to return it because I paid $120 for it, which is not a lot but for the ring to turn my fingers purple and to look so old I could’ve paid $20 at Walmart for, it’s about the quality of the jewelry. Anyways they didn’t want to give me a refund or exchange it at least, the lady at the counter was really rude and told me it was Normal for the rings to turn color and stained fingers, and that the person who sold it to me should’ve told me that would happen. My personal opinion I will never go there and spend extra money on the brand if it’s going to do the same thing a cheap non branded jewelry would do! Pandora proved to be just a brand name with out any values!"
