"I visited the Lynwood location on Monday, 8/28/2023 and I had the worst experience! I stayed there for more than two hours without purchasing what I was looking for. The associate had no idea on how to navigate the website for my purchase. She was using a very old tablet and the keys were not working. She kept saying it was taking a longer time because of the glitches. Which I understood. Mary was very rude in her communication with me. At that point, I requested the manager to come hoping that she could help out. To my surprise, the manager was extremely rude. She did not help at all, did not apologize on behalf of the associate. She did not even greet me with a smile or listen to my concern. I had noticed the manager was nice with all the customers she had helped during the two hours I was waiting to be helped. The manager and the store associate racially profiled me and treated me in this manner because of their racist beliefs. Both the manager and store associates need to learn that all customers need to be treated the same, even if they look different. Kay Jewelers needs to train their employees to provide exceptional customer service."
