"I bought a sweet little necklace for my daughter's birthday in December. When the charm fell off I thought I might as well see if the store had any kind of guarantee. I walked in expecting pushback, but the sales associate was super nice and got us a new charm and attached it right then. Then I rely went out on a limb and asked if they happened to repair other jewelry. I showed him my daughter's other necklace which I'd bought on Etsy and which also promptly broke. I expected to leave it there to pick up after Christmas, if they'd even be able to do it, but the sales associate fixed it right then and there. This was a refreshing customer service experience.
