"It's infuriating how some businesses charge a premium price for services, only to deliver subpar results and then refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Recently, I had the misfortune of experiencing this firsthand when I took my chain for repair to this local shop. Despite paying a hefty fee, the repair didn't even last a year. When I returned to address the issue, they had the audacity to claim there was nothing they could do and suggested repeating the same repair at an additional cost. It's a clear display of incompetence and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It's disappointing when businesses prioritize profit over providing quality service and accountability."
