"I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in services with this office, Grant. I’ve came in for several appointments to get started on accounting with you because I was referred by Victory Outreach Church along with Erick Co Construction. After my appointments, I keep getting told you will have a price for me and we would soon start services. It’s been weeks and you keep saying the same thing via email. That’s IF I get a responses. I have to constantly email you and I’m not getting any reply. I am sorry I had to stoop to this level but it’s very sad that you wasted so much of my time when I actually had faith in your service. You have a great talk but not a good walk. Sorry Grant, you need to reconsider how you do business and make your clients a priority and or stop taking on new ones if you can’t handle it!!!!! "Grant is dishonest and untimely. Had our stuff for over 5 weeks. We let him know at the very beginning we were in a time crunch. After 3 weeks he needed more info supposedly.. 2 weeks later I went in to set up an appointment to get him to respond only for me to come in and while I was sitting in his office, he said he needed to reschedule because he didnt have what he needed. As I was waiting for the appointment, there was some tweaked out guy running into and out of the offices. It was very off putting. I told him to give me my stuff and ran. "We went there 2 weeks before tax deal line. We have Grant our w-2 and all infos. This guy who is the most dishonest person I ever seen in my life lied and said he will Do it. We called 1 week after nothing last week no answer or keep lying to us and Friday I finally went his office he said he is almost done just needs to review some stuff with me, And send it in on Monday which was last day of taxes. He didn’t we kept calling to see if our taxes were done the office members kept telling us they will give us a call for 1 week. We finally called on Friday they didn’t do it at all. Grant is the most dishonest most unprofessional person I ever met. I have done my taxes all the time with turbo tax never had any issues took my paper from grant to turbo now they are taking care of it for me I would never recommend this place to anyone regardless"
