"Ask a simple question and end up with a hard inquiry on my credit. AFTER I told her I DIDNT NOT WANT A HARD INQUIRY and why. 20 minutes later and I'm getting a notice of a hard inquiry. I call the branch and was told again It didnt matter and I was wrong and the inquiry never happened. I was lied to repeatedly and when I stated that if she was right, how would anyone know I talked to her 20 minutes earlier? She said I was wrong and "she knows and that's why she's the one working at the bank".... then she hung up on me. I dont have her name, but she works at the left window on Saturday. Not only was it unauthorized, I told her that. NOT COOL"
