"This isn't the branch I usually go to but I had to make a funds transfer that day. The bank teller that attended to me wasn't as welcomeing as the ladies at the Yelm branch. At the end of my transaction she didn't even ask if I wanted my balance or ask if I needed anything else. I don't like to chit-chat with the tellers when they are working on my transaction so that I don't distract them and cause them to make a mistake. So I usually wait at the end. But since this person didn't make me feel like she wanted to help me I didn't ask for anything else. When I told her about being able to do shared bank transfers between shared credit unions she looked at me like I was crazy even though I had done these several times before. It was closing time so I didn't pursue the matter further. I will go to the Yelm branch to clear up the issue I was having. I love Obee I just didn't have a good experience with the particular teller."

"They were very helpful, we had to go in just cashing a check. we didn't have an account there but they were still very friendly. I think we're going to go back and open up an account. They've been around for a long time. And we like to support the community."

"I really have tried to love this bank. I live close by and have been with them for 15 years. The customer service is not what it used to be at this branch. I've heard that Tumwater is the training branch... that would make sense as the tellers and managers change often. I tolerated that as everyone seemed to be trying their best. What I'm really tired of is the service charges and the low savings interest. I have several accounts including a business checking account. I am charged $10 whenever I don't maintain a grand on the account. This has only happened 4 times in the last couple years but that is $40 I've lost because my balance slipped just under a grand. My new years resolution will be to find a new bank. Good luck to you O Bee."

"Shared branching experience - did not provide me with my balance. In order to do SB I provide my current ID, verify address (since mine is different) and last four of SSN. The default IS and should be to give me my balance. It’s not logical to suppress the balance when you have clearly ID’d me and it’s MY account. I should NOT have to ask. The suppress balance feature or option is for when a renter deposits to their landlord or friend to another account where you’re NOT ON the account. I worked in CUs for over 14 years. I KNOW ! Plus that young gal would NOT have passed the secret shopper for SB. I was not impressed. This was sub par service."
