"The employees there are terrible especially this lady named Lou. When my husband died on 5/31/22. I went in there to get on his account. They were so rude to me acting like I was a thief or something. Didn't even acknowledge or say sorry for your lost nothing. My husband was my best friend for over 40 years and since my name wasn't on this account they flat said to me " you will never get another dime from this account". I understand policeys don't get me wrong but to be so rude to me was unacceptable especially since I was still grieving my lost. So I wouldn't never do business with them again and if you want sincere people taking care of your money don't go to this bank."
