"First time going in to Lakewood pet smart for shampoo of my dog. Had a appointment @1:00 . There were 5 dogs in the same room. They said they would kennel him for 2 to 3 hrs because of their policy of group grooming. This is a unexceptable ! Especially when you have pets with anxiety. I will take my dog to Woofers."
