He spent twice the time with me, listening to the complexities of our financial situation and gave me clear instructions (no charge) regarding how to set things up over the next year. He also gave me an excellent reference with someone that I have an appointment next week with. Chris did not have to spend this much time with me (with no charge) and offer me such great info but he did, he was kind and patient and seems genuinely interested.
