"They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific cat food that apparently has been discontinued(they knew, I didn't). They helped me find a similar food that was made in the same way and was the same flavor, as cats can be rather specific about their food. Not only that but if my cats didn't like it, I could return it for a refund. It doesn't get much better than that. And they are happy with the new food, that's the best ending. I highly recommend this store."
