"It was Time to replace my old cedar fence. I interviewed three different businesses, and it was obvious who I would want to hire. The two fence contractors were hard to communicate with, and I felt I was being handed the same “line” they gave all their clients; plus they wanted way too much money. From the beginning, MW Services was polite, personable and genuinely interested in my ideas about the job. This fence had several factors that had to be addressed: it can be seen from the street, so it needed to look “sharp”; and it governs the amount of sunlight that comes into my front gardens. "The guy was nice enough on the phone but when he scheduled to fix my rental he never showed up. He texted hours later he would be late. He rescheduled for a different day and then he no showed again and had his girlfriend tell me he was in a car accident. "I had Jimmy(Could be Jimy) come over yesterday to work on a leak that was spreading under my laminate flooring. I had previously gotten a plumber from another company to look at the same leak, just to have that person tell me it wasn't a plumbing job and to call a handyman. Well, he was wrong, it was a plumbing problem, but I am so thankful to have called this handyman service. Getting someone out here was within the very next day. My leak problem turned out to be a bigger problem, so the poor guy had multiple trips to Lowes, to get parts. He even went to his own home for plywood to save on the pricier expense of Lowes's cost. On top of that he not only fixed the initial leak, he also, went under my very creepy crawlspace to ensure that the rest of the pipe had no cracks. Once the initial leak was fixed a new leak formed immediately with my dishwasher pipe. This guy went as far as to fix the initial leak, create a new under the sink floor since mine had water damage, and came in the next morning to replace the piece for the dishwasher that had started leaking too. All of this was done with him showing and describing every problem, he was great even when the problem turned bigger, and to top it off the cost for everything he did was so much more reasonable than every other quote I've gotten. For example, the previous plumber quoted $500 just to go under the crawlspace. My price with MW Handyman, Jimmy was hundreds of bucks less(won't quote the price, just in case the company wouldn't appreciate it, every job is different).
